Now I know what a skidder is...

We were out on the land the other day and Dave from Vashon Forest Stewards stopped by to see how we were doing.  He brought a friend Tony with him - Tony, it turns out, is one bad-ass-mo-fo.  He dropped a 3' diameter tree that was probably 150' tall in about 5 minutes.  It would have taken us about 3 days of hemming and hawing to get that sucker down. 

Tony then came back with his skidder.  In about an hour, Tony did what would have taken us over a month of weekends to do. 

Bad-ass-mo-fo's are welcome on our land anytime...
